'Comedy That Makes You Feel Better About Yourself and Superior to Others'Eugene Mirman recently starred in his own episode of Comedy Central Presents. He performs constantly around the world and is just as likely to share the stage with alternative rock bands as other comics. Eugene’s two CD’s, En Garde, Society! and The Absurd Nightclub Comedy of Eugene Mirman have been both popular and well-received. His humorous self-help book is due this summer from Harper-Collins and he regularly appears on HBO’s Flight of the Conchords in character as “Eugene the Landlord.”A comic who constantly blurs the line between the political and the personal, Marc Maron prefers to be thought of as equal parts Woody Allen and Iggy Pop -- neurotic but undeniably aggressive. In addition to live stand-up comedy, Marc has published a book called Jerusalem Syndrome addressing his own messianic complex. He also hosted the late, controversial Morning Sedition show on Air America Radio, has appeared regularly on both Comedy Central and HBO and has released two CDs, the revealingly titled Not Sold Out and Tickets Still Available.Andy Kindler’s razor-sharp observations resulted in the National Lampoon commissioning the now-classic "Hack's Handbook" - a satirical how-to guide ridiculing tired comedy formulas. He appeared as part of the recent Comedians of Comedy: Live at the Troubadour DVD and is most often recognized for (1) his role on the hit CBS sitcom Everybody Loves Raymond, (2) his frequent appearances on The Late Show with David Letterman and (3) his frequently-aired episode of Comedy Central Presents.
