"Things I've Learned From Women Who've Dumped Me LIVE!" is an hour-long comedy show on the subject of failed relationships and the shit we endure to make them work even when God himself tells us they won't. Sprung from the book of the same name - an anthology of essays and short humor pieces by men - the live show will feature contributors reading their pieces from the book.Emmy Award-winning television producer Ben Karlin (The Daily Show and The Colbert Report) has assembled a stellar lineup of men who all have one thing in common: they've been dumped.

Featuring Ben Karlin, Dan Savage, Dan Vebber, Andy Selsberg and Todd Hansen whose occupations range from sex-advice columnist to english teacher to hit television writers, this show will certainly give a humorous look at relationships. Ben Karlin is a former editor of The Onion, who went on to executive produce and write for The Daily Show with Jon Stewart as well as co-create The Colbert Report. A ten-time Emmy award winner, he currently has an overall deal with HBO to produce TV, films, and new media projects, with his newly formed company, Superego Industries. Dan Savage a sex-advice columnist. author, journalist and pundit who is best known for his column "Savage Love". Andy Selsberg, a former Onion writer, is a humorist, columnist, and blogger who has contributed to GQ, The Village Voice and Salon.com among others. He also teaches English at CUNY. Dan Vebber is a television writer known for his work on the animated shows Futurama, Daria, and American Dad. He has also written for Buffy the Vampire Slayer and is a former editor of The Onion. Todd Hanson is the head writer for The Onion, where he has worked since college. He has also written and provided voices for a handful of Cartoon Network Adult Swim shows, including Space Ghost Coast to Coast and Harvey Birdman, Attorney-at-Law.
